Oh no there goes Tokyo. I started this blog because I have other interest besides gaming, which is the blog you can find over there on the right. Among those other interests are gadgets and things that are 'big in Japan', I guess would be a good way to put it.

A mix of gizmos and cultural neatness I guess, like the item in the image above which you can find out more about in the 'via' link at the end of this post. I think it's neat and it gave me a chance to say my one of my favorite lines that I wish I could say in a movie 'Godzillaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!', that rocks.

I'm not sure what this is, but I first saw episode 4 on The 9, I then find on YouTube several other episodes of whatever this is. I like it, sure it's cute and all that but wow is it well done, nice humor too, very creative.

I call it komaneko 'cause someone says it in the show and when you 'google' komaneko, you find a website with what looks to be available product from the show, which is not explained on that site, as far as I can see.

Main thing is komaneko is good and worth watching, you can find the link to the shows on YouTube here and the website here.

When I first saw this video, those girls from that movie "The Shining" flashed in my head saying "come play with us Walter, forever and ever and ever".

Also the sisters from Monster Island, forget which movie, but I believe Godzilla may have made an appearance.

At the time of this writing, I got to admit I'm hooked, can't get that song out of my head, "tarako tarako tarako" by kigurumi. It's actual available as a CD which part of me would like to buy.
